What's for dinner?

 We are trying something new on this trip.  We are using a power inverter to cook/heat dinner in a crockpot.  We had to find the right combination of power and crockpot. But we were able to find a combo that worked.

Tonight the food truck is serving a gourmet (ha!) Meatball PoBoy with fresh garden vegetables.

I was thrilled see steam as the meatballs started heating.  

It seemed like a good idea to plan dinner this way (saves time, money, and we know the food is OK), at least today....but I must say, the restaurants we are driving by look pretty good.  :)
